  • Information regarding Fixed Deposits and other banking products

  • Application support and documentation assistance

  • Facilitation of transactions between customers and relevant banks/NBFCs

We act solely as a facilitator or authorized agent and do not directly accept deposits or issue financial products.

All financial products are provided by respective banks or financial institutions

3. Role in Transaction

Our role is limited to:

  • Explaining product features

  • Assisting in documentation

  • Forwarding applications to relevant banks

  • Supporting customers during the pre-sale process

The final approval, interest rate, tenure, and terms of the financial product are determined solely by the respective bank or financial institution.

4. Post-Sale Support

After completion of the transaction:

  • All servicing, interest payments, maturity processing, and dispute handling will be managed by the respective bank or financial institution.

  • For any queries regarding returns, maturity, interest, refunds, or account-related issues, customers must contact the respective bank directly.

We are not responsible for post-sale servicing decisions made by the bank.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, we do not guarantee:

  • Interest rate accuracy at all times

  • Product availability

  • Bank policy changes

Banks may modify terms without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Bank’s approval or rejection decisions

  • Changes in interest rates

  • Delays caused by the bank

  • Financial losses arising from investment decisions

Investment decisions are made at the sole discretion of the customer.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Submit valid KYC documents

  • Review the official terms of the respective bank before investing

Any incorrect or misleading information provided by the customer may result in rejection of application.

8. No Banking License

Bharat FinServe:

  • Is not a bank

  • Is not a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)

  • Does not hold or manage customer deposits

  • Does not guarantee returns

All Fixed Deposits or financial products are booked directly with the respective bank or financial institution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, design, branding, and materials belongs to Hindustan FinServe (Powered by Miar International Private Limited) and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Compliance with Laws
